Dynamically Loaded Learning
Dynamically Loaded Learning provides mobile learning experiences. All of the learning experiences built by Dynamically Loaded are created based on bespoke criteria provided by each client. The infrastructure created to meet these learning outcomes has built up our learning framework so that other business and educational organisations can make use of this infrastructure by supplying their own content.

Frameworks
The first of our learning frameworks is our Learning Loops framework, a business process and learning system. With RSVP Design's Learning Loops concept and Dynamically Loaded's expertise in mobile development we have together brought this platform to the iPhone. RSVP Design Ltd a world leader in activity based learning who have worked with many of the worlds largest companies. Now working closely with Dynamically Loaded, we have together created this wonderful platform for mobile learning. The first application built upon this platform is Cultural Connections.
Cultural Connections was designed to allow teams and individuals to raise awareness of some of the researched differences in people based on National culture. The game identifies a number of areas in which there are specific cultural differences: e.g. relationships with time, the environment, the ways in which status is ascribed, customs, etiquette and business protocol. There is a range of useful resource material available for those interested in cross-cultural working.
The game provides an opportunity for individuals and groups to begin to explore and discuss cultural diversity and is intended to be an introduction to themes and issues which skilled teachers and trainers can then develop in ways which are relevant to the needs and the sensitivities of the groups involved.
